Our organization’s main specia-lization, says the BaltStroy’s managing director Pavel Sinelnikov, is construction, reconstruction and capital repair of buildings and facilities of any purpose – from housing to industrial objects – with putting them into operation. In our work we use the most advanced technologies, modern building materials, equipment and tools. Of course, we possess licenses for all kinds of works. The company began its development from the objects of the road police (UGAI) of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region. Registration-Exam Center in Shosse Revolutsii, 85 was one of the first and became first in Russia of this type. Later we reconstruc-ted and finished objects of State Auto Inspection in Vsevolozhsk and Volkhov. It is remarkable that for long-term cooperation with the police by an order of the St. Petersburg’s police chief Veniamin Petukhov Baltstroy in the person of its ma-nager was awarded a special sign ‘For Excellent Service in the Police’. We’ve also fulfilled great vo-lume of works on administrative buildings, on the social and cultu-ral objects and industrial enterprises. Bright example to this is Cultural-Entertainment Center Moskovsky and municipal teenagers’ center Zvezdny. We fulfilled big volume of works on the Prince Gorchakov Palace, now Petrogradsky district Administration. We reconstructed the building and fulfilled elite interior finishing works there. The company’s development is successful and dynamical. Gu-aranteed quality and fulfillment of orders in time are good premises for widening of clients’ and partners’ circle. All this let us fulfil an order of the Leningrad Metalwork Plant on reconstruction of industrial shops more than 2 500 sq. m for lodging there the modern constructional bureau. The field of our work is not framed by the objects of the city economy. The company also fulfilled great volume of works in casinos Indiana and Nava-da. ‘On this object we totally reconstructed the building, said the chief-engineer Vladimir Perevozchikov. In fact there have rested only capital walls and carrying constructions. In the result of the basement’s reconstruction there was increased the useful space. There were fulfilled interior finishing works, installed ventilation and air condition systems, lavatory and electrical networks and fulfilled the whole volume of works. Today ZAO BaltStroy extends its cooperation in construction market with many grand city’s enterprises. One of them is brewery Baltica where the company has got big contracts on the shops’ reconstruction. The works are also continued in the business center Akvatoria. On the territory 1 500 sq. m there will be lodged specialized offi-ces demanding modern high quality finishing works in the most short time possible. As any violently developed company BaltStroy always tries to find new fields in construction market where the knowledge and skills of its employee could be used. Obtaining state license from Ministry of Culture for restoring works on historical and cultural monuments of all-Russia meaning is the next step of the firm. The works in Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography (Kunstka-mera) became the fist restoration experience of BaltStroy. The company declared its participation in two tenders which will determine companies for restoration works. This direction of BaltStroy seems to be most actual on the eve of St. Petersburg’s 300th anniversary. ‘At the present time Baltstroy has achieved high grade of development that let to take a new level, says Alexey Testov, the firm’s executive director. We begin to think about coming onto International construction market. Our trip to Parisian Batimat-2001 aimed both on getting new information about foreign achievements in construction industry and showing our own potential and active participant of Petersburg construction market. By the 300th anniversary it is planned to reconstruct old and build new hotels including attraction on foreign investments.
